Our full service includes MLS listing, professional marketing, open houses, professional photos, 360 tours, pricing strategy, showing coordination, offer negotiation, and guidance through closing. You get full representation while paying less than typical agent commissions.  Full Support is more personal service and dedicated, whereas, Flat Fee is virtual support. We do not visit the property under Flat Fee MLS plans! 


4. Can I sell my home without paying a traditional 6% commission?
